• Please send a clear image of the item preferably next to a ruler so that its size can be confirmed. If the wrong size was given, you can either get a refund or replacement.
  • If the customer has ordered the wrong size, they can return it for an exchange or refund. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return cost.
  • If the item is damaged, please send a clear image of the damaged item, and provide your order number. You will receive a replacement or a refund depending on what you prefer.
  • Exchanges and returns are accepted if the item is shipped back within 14 days of receiving it. The refund or exchange can only be processed if you provide a confirmation of the shipping receipt or label.
